The monument which designed to look like amodern symbolic hourglass, is set in the desert, and representing the slowpassage of time over a year, this galvanized stainless steel hourglass holds 6tons of sand and stands 8m high. As the hourglass slowly flips in a 360 direction,the majestic desert landscape is mirrored onto the heavy metal surface.
